Founded by Ted Massaro in 1982, M Financial Planning Services was born from Ted’s deep desire to help people navigate life’s financial challenges. Having witnessed firsthand how financial insecurity could impact families, Ted was driven to create a firm where people could find clarity, guidance, and a trusted partner to help them achieve their goals. He believed that financial planning wasn’t just about numbers but about empowering individuals to feel confident in their futures. Ted’s ability to connect with people on a personal level and his unwavering commitment to their success laid the foundation for a practice rooted in care and trust.

As the firm grew, Ed Garruto and Ted’s son, Anthony Massaro, joined the team, bringing complementary expertise and perspectives to serve a growing client base. Together, they expanded M Financial Planning Services into a full-service wealth management practice, addressing a wide range of financial needs. Throughout this evolution, the firm has remained committed to fostering long-term relationships and providing personalized support. Many of our clients have been with us for over 30 years, a testament to the enduring trust and care that Ted instilled from the very beginning.
