Ted Massaro founded M Financial Planning Services in 1982 with a mission to help families gain the financial knowledge and guidance that many people never receive growing up. His passion for planning was shaped by firsthand experience witnessing how financial uncertainty can impact families and limit opportunities, inspiring a lifelong commitment to helping others make informed financial decisions.

For more than four decades, Ted has worked with individuals, families, business owners, and retirees to navigate retirement planning, business transitions, estate planning considerations, and life's most important financial decisions. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to a comprehensive planning approach that helps clients align their financial resources with their goals, values, and priorities.

One of Ted's greatest professional accomplishments is seeing the relationships he built over the years extend across generations. Many of the families who first worked with him decades ago continue to trust M Financial today, and in many cases, their children and grandchildren have become clients as well.

Ted is equally proud to see the firm's mission continue within his own family. His son, Anthony Massaro, joined M Financial to carry forward the values and client-first philosophy on which the firm was founded. Together, they work to ensure that M Financial remains a trusted resource for families today and for generations to come.

Beyond serving clients, Ted believes strongly in giving back to the community. M Financial proudly supports organizations including the American Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project, Toys for Tots, the Food Bank of South Jersey, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, St. John of God Community Services, and other charitable initiatives that help strengthen the communities the firm serves.

More than 40 years after founding M Financial, Ted remains passionate about helping families gain clarity, confidence, and understanding as they navigate life's financial decisions.
