Jennifer Markowski

Jennifer "Jen" Markowski is the Chief Operations Officer and Marketing Director at M Financial. Since joining the firm in 2007, she has helped shape the organization's growth by leading initiatives across operations, technology, human resources, compliance, marketing, and client communications.

Jen works closely with the firm's advisors and leadership team to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen client and advisor engagement, and implement strategies that support long-term business growth. Her background in publishing and communications has equipped her with a unique ability to translate complex ideas into clear, effective messaging and practical solutions.

Before joining M Financial, Jen spent more than ten years in the publishing industry. She studied Journalism and American Studies at Rider University and remains passionate about helping clients and advisors navigate an increasingly complex financial landscape through education, communication, and thoughtful planning.
