Pursuant to the ongoing written disclosure requirement placed upon registered investment advisers, we are required to offer each client a copy of our most recent Brochure.  The Brochure discusses information pertaining to our advisory business and practices.  

Our Brochure contains a Material Changes section, in which, you will find a summary of all material changes made to our Brochure since our last annual amendment filing.  Please direct any questions you may have regarding our Brochure to Theodore R. Massaro, our Chief Compliance Officer. 

Unless and until you advise us otherwise, in writing, of changes in your financial situation or investment objective(s), we shall continue to manage your assets in the same manner as we do currently.

Please advise us if you have not been receiving an account statement (at least quarterly) from the account custodian.

Please also let us know if you want to add a Trusted Contact to your account. If you have previously provided a Trusted Contact, please advise us, in writing, if there are, or you would like to impose, any changes.  

Finally, please advise us if during the past year, if you, or a member of your family, has become an officer or director of a publicly traded company.

As always, please remember to advise us promptly, in writing, if there are ever any changes in your financial situation or investment objectives, or if you wish to impose and/or modify any reasonable restrictions to our management of your account.  M Financial shall continue to rely on the accuracy of information that you have provided.  

 As always, should you have any questions regarding your accounts or our services, we will continue to remain available at your convenience to address them.
